After spending the first 25 years of my life studying dance and beating up my body, I found yoga and began to love my body again . Now I love sharing everything I have learned to help you stay active and healthy. I want you to feel amazing in your body.

for my leg pain and general well-being. I started having leg pain due to a sports injury. I did physical therapy for 4 weeks with zero relief. Within a few weeks, Brooke has helped me find relief from the pain through targeted stretching and strengthening. I've learned how to get pain relief on my own and how to avoid injury in the future. I had major surgery and was very limited in my upper body strength and range of motion, so much so that i was terrified that I would never be able to do the things I love again.
